The development includes the adaptive reuse of a 1950s Safeway grocery store, retaining its distinctive Googie facade, and a new four-story residential building on an adjacent lot.  The project offers 54 units, including studios and one-bedroom apartments, along with on-site case management offices, a community room, and shared courtyards.
